• Booking Confirmation: A service is considered booked only after a signed agreement and/or deposit is received.
• Deposits: Deposits are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in the agreement.
• Final Payment: Full payment is due as outlined in your agreement—typically before final delivery of content.
• Accepted Payments: We accept payments via Venmo, Check, Cash, Debit & Credit Cards, and Bank Transfers.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Client-Initiated: If you cancel your session, cancellation fees may apply depending on notice given.
• Rescheduling: We will work with you to reschedule, subject to availability.
• Weather or Emergency: We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel due to unsafe conditions, illness, or unforeseen emergencies. In such cases, deposits may be refunded or applied to a future booking.

4. Delivery of Media

• Turnaround Time: Typical delivery time is 3-12 weeks, depending on the scope of the project and time of year.
• Delivery Method: Files are delivered digitally via online gallery or download link
• Storage: We recommend clients download and back up their files. We are not responsible for lost files after 30 days post-delivery.

5. Intellectual Property and Usage Rights

• Photographer/Videographer Rights: Unless otherwise agreed, we retain the copyright to all images and videos created.
• Client Use: Clients receive a license for personal or agreed-upon commercial use. You may not alter, resell, or redistribute content without permission.
• Promotional Use: We reserve the right to use content in our portfolio, website, social media, or marketing unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

6. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information and timely communication
• Arrive on time for scheduled shoots or appointments
• Obtain any necessary permissions for location or subject matter

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Damages resulting from delays, cancellations, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control
• Loss or corruption of media due to technical issues (though we take every precaution to protect your files)
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind
